A super-simple pineapple and spinach green smoothie made with just 3 ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of pineapple (approx. 200g or you can use ½ tin)
- 10-20 spinach leaves (approximately 1-2 cups if chopped)
- 1 banana
Instructions
- Peel the banana (and pineapple if using fresh).
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and add a little water (120ml max).
- Blend until smooth.
As you can see there’s no yogurt or milk in this recipe (we don’t do dairy) so it’s suitable for vegans and people with lactose intolerance.
