We’re going to kick off our first ‘seasonal smoothie of the month‘ with a berry-filled bang! As we edge closer to winter, it’s the perfect time to use up the last of the Autumn berries. So we were super excited to discover this delicious little number when experimenting at the weekend… Who’d have thought that frozen berries and leftover salad could taste this good?! The combination of mixed berries, apple and celery, produces a delicate flavour that’ll be a winter hit with your taste buds… we promise. Plus it’s packed full of antioxidants, to keep you on top form throughout the festive season.




  • 1 apple
  • 20 mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 celery sticks


Remove the core from the apple, then blend all the ingredients with 120ml or ½ a cup of water, and enjoy!
