This simple apple and raspberry smoothie recipe contains just three ingredients yet it tastes incredible. There’s no yogurt or milk involved which makes it dairy-free and perfect for vegans or people intolerant to lactose. Or those who just don’t like creamy smoothies!

It’s pretty unusual to find a raspberry smoothie recipe without banana, but this one ticks that box too. Yet it doesn’t compromise on taste or texture. It’s basically a winner all round.

A healthy apple, raspberry & celery smoothie that tastes amazing, is dairy-free & easy to prepare (high in fibre & vitamin C).

  • 1 apple
  • 20 raspberries
  • 2 celery sticks


  1. Wash all the ingredients and remove the core from the apple
  2. Chop into chunks that'll fit in your blender
  3. Blend with a little cold water until smooth


You can also use frozen mixed berries instead of fresh raspberries.
