Just 5% of Western populations get enough fibre (25g-38g per day), so smoothies are a great way to give this a boost. Vitamin C is renowned for it’s health benefits, including maintaining healthy cells, skin, blood vessels, bone, and cartilage, along with aiding wound healing.
